Items must be used less than 5ml, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return

Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.

Ship it back to us or drop it off at our nearest store.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Testers or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
